We all understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in our lives.   Whether it be due to illness, meetings, car problems, weather issues or any other valid reason, there are many reasons why an appointment can't be kept.  In an effort to be fair to all of my clients, and value everyone's time, I've adopted the following policies:
